Terms of Service

Please don't hesitate to ask questions if anything is unclear.

General Service Info

✦ Can Do Humans, Original Characters, Fanmade Characters, Fanart, Slight NSFW
✦ Won't Do Mecha, Overly Detailed Characters, Fetish Art, Gore
✦ I have the right to refuse a commission request if its too distant from the style I usually handle.
✦ You have the right to publish, use and promote the commissioned artwork, as long as credit is given to the artist.
✦ Please do not sell the commissioned artwork as your own unless you option for commercial purpose in the form.
✦ Do not trace / edit the commissioned artwork.

Order Process

✦ Contact me via email or twitter to get a slot.
✦ Fill up the form. that I will send to you. You may need to rewrite if the information written are Incorrect and missing. (Please provide specific details/references)
✦ After the payment process the sketch and details will be sent for approval.
✦ Once the sketch and details are approved no extra changes will be accepted, unless stated in the "Revisions / Corrections List" below
✦ What you will receive (DIGITAL CONTENT ONLY NO SHIPMENT)
○ YCH & Emotes - High quality PNG
○ Full Digital Illustrations - JPG / PNG with watermark unless stated for commercial use
○ Stream Assets - GIF / PNG
○ Live2d model - PSD format with separate Layers and PNG of model.
✦ Delivery Time varies from 1 week to 3 months depending on the difficulty of the job and the demand for orders.
Avoid rushing with delivery I'll inform you immediately if there's an event or emergency that may cause the delay of the project.

Payment Format

✦ I accept Paypal (Gcash for local transactions)
✦ You will receive an invoice and payment must be made in full before starting your commission (payment deadline is 48 hours after accepting your application, otherwise the application will be put on waitlist).
✦ Cancellation / Refund Details
○ Full Refunds are only applicable if I still haven't started or sent you the sketch. (not applicable for YCH Commissions)
○ 60% refund may apply if I already started the sketch. (not applicable for YCH Commissions)
○ I have the full right to refuse a refund if the artwork is 50% complete. Unless I don't update you pass the deadline.

Revisions / Corrections List

- I will send you the sketch/draft of your commission via email or twitter. Once the sketch and details are approved I will finish the commission and send you the finished product. You may request a couple of changes to the finished product within 24 hours of it being sent.

✦ Communication is important, don't feel uncomfortable to claim me for correction.
✦ Major changes will be charged.

○ Skin Color and Skin Details (e.g. freckles, scars etc.)
○ Add Ons (e.g. ears, tails, accessories etc.)
○ Costume Colors
You have the full responsibility to provide the correct and specific details/references on the form and before the approval of the sketch. I am not entitled to change anything unless stated above.
