Terms of Service

General Service Info

✦ Can Do Humans, Original Characters, Fanmade Characters, Fanart, Slight NSFW
✦ Won't Do Mecha, Overly Detailed Characters, Fetish Art, Gore
✦ I have the right to refuse a commission request if its too distant from the style I usually handle.
✦ You have the right to publish, use and promote the commissioned artwork, as long as credit is given to the artist.
✦ Please do not sell the commissioned artwork as your own unless you option for commercial purpose in the form.
✦ Do not trace / edit the commissioned artwork. Artwork is strictly prohibited for AI and NFT purposes.
✦Intellectual Property Rights
I have the right to showcase the commissioned work on my social media and portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is requested (additional charges may apply.)
✦Commercial Rights
Includes the following: Work on post, videos and any monetized contents. Also includes rights to production purposes, commercial or personal. Copying, claiming as own, and removing the credits/watermark on the art is strictly prohibited.

Order Process

✦ Contact me via email or twitter to get a slot.
✦ Fill up the form. that I will send to you. You may need to rewrite if the information written are Incorrect and missing. Please provide specific details/references. (Changes to the line art will not be accepted once the project has moved to the coloring stage.)
✦ Delivery Time varies from 1 week to 3 months depending on the difficulty of the job and the demand for orders. Turnaround time starts from the day you complete your payment/deposit.
Avoid rushing with delivery I'll inform you immediately if there's an event or emergency that may cause the delay of the project.

Payment Format

✦ I accept Paypal (Gcash for local transactions)
✦ You will receive an invoice and payment must be made in full before starting your commission Payment must be made within 3 days after we send the proposal. If you need more time, please let me know in advance. If no payment is received and no notice is given, we will decline your request.
✦ Before work begins: A full refund minus any transaction fees and a 10% service charge. Deposits are non-refundable.
✦ Partial completion: Refunds will be calculated based on the progress made and discussed with the client.
✦ Fully completed projects: No refunds or cancellations.

Communication and Revisions Policy

- I will send you the sketch/draft of your commission via email or twitter. Once the sketch and details are approved I will finish the commission and send you the finished product. You may request a couple of changes to the finished product within 24 hours of it being sent.

✦ Communication is important, don't feel uncomfortable to claim me for correction.
✦ If there is no response for 5 days, the project will proceed based on the current version.
✦ Delays caused by late replies from the client that result in missing the agreed delivery date will be the client’s responsibility.
✦ Major changes will be charged.

○ Costume Colors
You have the full responsibility to provide the correct and specific details/references on the form and before the approval of the sketch. I am not entitled to change anything unless stated above.
